The Trabex Shipment Management system will connect via an API integration to UPS.


Your company will need to have this integration configured between Trabex and UPS to upload documents to UPS.


Once this integration has been established, users must have this permission in user management to be able to access this tool and send data to UPS.



To upload documents to UPS follow these instructions.


  1. Select the Documents menu item on the left sidebar.
  2. Select Group Documents.
  3. Select the documents that you want to upload to UPS. This will most likely be the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
  4. Click on the Upload to UPS button.
  5. To check the status of uploaded documents, select the Group Documents menu on the left side back and select UPS Doc Status. This will show a log screen of UPS documents uploaded and their status for a shipment.
