To add an entity to the Trabex Shipment Management System, go to https://app.trabex.io/
Login with your username and password. Your username is your password. If you have forgotten your password, please use the 'Forgot Password' link to start the reset process.
When logged in, click on the Master Data tab on the top navigation bar.
1. In the dropdown menu, select Entities.
2. On the Entities screen, you will see a box to search for entities where you can provide a code, partial code, description or partial description to search.
There will also be a table of all entities below where you can scroll and then click to access a specific entity.
3. To add a new entity, click the + button on the bottom right.
4. Select the entity type. You can choose more than one.
5. Provide as much detail as you would like that will be saved with this entity.
6. Add contacts by clicking the + button on the bottom right under the Contacts header.
7. Click Save on the bottom right to store this new entity.
