If you need to find any shipment in the system (open or closed), there are a variety of ways that you can search to find it.
- Shipment number - the one assigned by the system
- Invoice number
- Export Reference
- Return Material Authorization
- ITN
- Ultimate Consignee Reference
- Ultimate Consignee
Provide a value in any of those fields will search all shipments to find the match of the shipment if it exists.
If there is one shipment that matches the search criteria provided, the system will automatically take you into that shipment.
If more than one shipment matches the search criteria provided, a list of matching shipments will be provided.
