Click "Screening Settings" under your profile icon.
Click "Similarity Thresholds"
Select the desired country from the Country drop down.
Enter the desired threshold value in the Similarity Threshold field.
Repeat this for each country you'd like to set.
BE SURE TO CLICK SAVE!
Removing a Similarity Threshold
A user may elect to remove a Similarity Threshold by clicking on the red minus button next to the Country and Similarity Threshold to be removed. 
Adjusting a Similarity Threshold
From the list of countries with set similarity thresholds, find the country you'd like to adjust.
Either type the desired number (25-100) or us the up/down arrows to adjust.
Follow this step for each country you'd like to adjust
