SPECIAL FORM 3 - You know that your signature file is in Trabex, but have you created the signature clause within your company's profile? To check on this or to create a clause, follow the instructions below.
While logged into Trabex > “Select Customer” > Shipment Wizard > Client Data
Click on “Clauses”
Do a quick search for your signature clause.
If your signature clause cannot be found, click on “New Clause”.
Name new clause with user’s name.
In the text box type “______________________”. Press enter to add additional signature details such as name and title typed out.
Click “Save”.
The clause isn't attached to a shipment or the clause is not assigned to the document. Within the shipment you are working with, you may need to add the clause as well as assign the documents.
While logged into Trabex and within the shipment, click on "Clauses" within the left menu and select "Footer Clause"
A list of clauses for this shipment will appear. If no clauses are listed, you can add one by clicking the search button and selecting the clause from the list.
Select the Signature File. The text will appear in the text box.
Check the boxes next to the document names where you'd like this signature to appear.
Be sure to click the "Save" button.
