There are many things that can cause an order to not transmit into Trabex. Please see below for the most common reasons.
- Internet connectivity issues
- Internal network connection issues
- Password conflicts
- Port/Firewall Issues
To resolve these issues, contact your IT department to ensure nothing has changed within your organization's network and the internet is working as expected and then try re-transmitting the data.
If an order or datafile will not transmit successfully into Trabex, we don't always see how or why as if the connection fails, it doesn't get documented in our transmission logs.
If you know that your system has connected successfully with Global Wizard and receive an error, contact support@trabex.io or submit a ticket with that exact error text or screenshot and our support team will be able to investigate the issue.
